Post subject: What really works for pimples and blemishes?
Archived from groups: alt>skincare>acne (more info?)

It seemed only like yesterday that I had to find some other excuse to
cancel out the option of hanging out with friends, basically because
of one thing...pimples and blemishes.

Like me, over 20-million people look in the mirror daily seeking the
answer to finding the right pimples and blemish medication treatment
to rid them of their skin problems.

In my case, what didn't I try for my disorder?

-Proactive, clearasil, Johnson and Johnson Oily skin wipes...you name
it?

Well, my pimples have since gone and with natural options at that.

No drugs, no excessive washing of the face, no masks, none of that
stuff and that perhaps is one of the main reasons why I write this
article to make pimples and blemish medication treatment options known
to as many people as possible.

Here's a teaser, the first step may lie perhaps in changing what you
eat, and the remainder; well: common-sense hygienic principles that
you may have overlooked all this while.

For the core aspect of controlling your acne, eliminate all mucus
forming and constipating foods including but not limited to

1. Junk Foods

2. Processed Foods.

3. Animal Dander

4. Most Grains (whole or not)

Now, replace these with alkaline, and body healing foods (known for
their healing and nourishing properties) which include your fruits,
leafy and some root vegetables.

Not only will this simple change in diet make for a clearer and
smoother skin, it will also give the added benefit of improved health
and overall wellness.

Now, in no particular order but all having significant relevance, in
addition to the afore-mentioned dietetic change, here are some simple
tips you can start to implement towards getting rid of acne.

-Changing your pillowcases.

-Applying NOTHING but plain water to the face (cool that is) for
rinsing.

-Avoiding excessive make-up

-Trying to control stressful situations.

-Believe it or not AVOIDING MICROWAVES!

Clearer skin can be yours, you only need to be shown how...through
this article, trust me that you are well on your way to achieving as
much.

In Friendship,
