I've been taking vitamin B5 for a while, three or four months; not the
full whack dose advised here, but more than recommended on the bottle
I get. It certainly helped a lot, it seems, but I've had to cut down
to the extent that it now isn't because I got these small hard growths
on my face, quite worrying. Anyone else here got that using these
pills? I've used the English shop Holland & Barrett's Pantothenic
Acid so perhaps there's something else in them that's caused this.
Any advice? The Vilantae or whatever it's called, are they just the
B5? What does dp people cut down to, gram-wise, after the initial 10g
megadose? I was taking thrre tablets three times a day roughly, which
was less than 5 grams.
Holland & Barrett's Oliva pure soap has been a help too.
Thanks.
