it hasn't been that long, but i do have some things to report and a
question. i started about a month and a half ago, taking 5G a day of
the GNC brand. in about 3 weeks, my face seemed to steadily improve.
i was extremely excited that this was really the miracle cure i've
been reading about. when i ran out, i started using the vitamin world
brand simply because they had a buy one get one free sale. about a
week or so into taking vitamin world brand, my face started breaking
out NOT in acne pimples, but itchy red patches that were really red
and irritated. this all happened in a matter of like 2 days, going
from really clear to itchy red pathches on in my t-zone. is there a
difference in brands that could cause somethign liek this? since
things were going really well on the GNC brand, should i switch back
and assume that's the brand that works for my body? the vitamin world
is time released, which i don't know if that makes a difference, but
is there any differences between different b5 brands? please advise!
thanks! i think i will do what makes sene and go back on GNC, since
that seemed to work. >> Stay informed about: my vitamin B5 experience |

No, the initial success was just a placebo effect, B5 doesn't work. There
are far too many *doctors* in this group who think they have all the
answers. In reality, it's just some half-brained teenager who doesn't know
a vagina from a bung hole and probably couldn't predict his own bowel
movements if he tried. Go to your dermatologist and get some proper
medication for your acne and excema. Diet and exercise do play a role, lay
off the pop tarts, cereal, soda, ice cream and other useless sugars. >> Stay informed about: my vitamin B5 experience |
