Post subject: accutane and vaginal dryness

hi there! I've been on a low-dose, twice/weekly accutane therapy for two months and my cystic acne is gone (yippee). however, I've recently experienced vaginal dryness and discomfort during intercourse. I also don't seem to secrete natural lubrication when sexually stimulated. I originally thought I had a yeast infection (which I only get while on antibiotics) because some of the symptoms are similar, but that doesn't appear to be the case. any thoughts?

thanks in advance!
