Little sore cysts right outside corner of lip

I have these two little cysts almost joined to the corner of my lip
that are pretty sore. They were always sort of hiding barely in the
skin over there, but now that Im on accutane for almost a month,
theyve decided to slowly peek their "white"-heads from beneath and
become a bit more sore and a little more noticeable.

A few months back I extracted a couple of whiteheads in similar
locations on the other side of my mouth.. It was sore, but I had to do
it. - There was actually one small one actually coming out of the
corner of my lip. I didnt think that could happen.


But anyhow.. should I extract these? Or will accutane have them
magically dissapear? What should I do in your humble opinion?

The only thing I can contribute is that if you extract and they bleed, they
may take FOR-ever to clot. After I started Accutane, I never touched my
face...just waited for the "magic" ^_^
