actually.. the main thing that causes acne is stress imho. other thing is
not to touch your face so much, leave those white pimples alone, and
squeeze blackones after warming your face(shower or bath). i have found
also that anykind of acne product isn't really the best. the best are
natural things, yes they sell natural products too but haven't tried
those. anyway i use only apple cider vinegar mixed with water on evening.
then, eating healthy helps too. it would be good to eat tomatos time to
time, dandelion is other good thing, but it's best on spring... dandelion
roots are well known acne preventers removers... well i guess u could find
it anywhere on net.. i just came to give u some thinking...
btw i have very sensitive skin
