Post subject: Is the .5% salicylic acid in Aveeno's foaming cleanser strong enough for clogged pores/blackheads?
Archived from groups: alt>skincare>acne (more info?)

I mostly get blackheads (on my forehead) and have been using 2% salicylic
acid washes for a long time.

But now I think the 2% might be too strong (I sometimes get irritations on
my cheekbones).

Would the .5% SA in Aveeno's Clear Complexion foaming cleanser be strong
enough to fight blackheads/clogged pores?

Thanks.
