Post subject: red face with alcohol
Archived from groups: alt>skincare (more info?)

I have been drinking with my college buddies for about 9 years now.
Recently I developed some eczema on my face and have started using
ProTopic and Elidel. I stopped using the ProTopic since it says to not
use with alcohol, however my face still gets very red and feels hot
when I even have a sip of alcohol. The weird part is, is that the
redness starts in about 10 minutes, and then goes away in about 30-45.
What gives? This is just really annoying when my boss askes me to have
a beer, or to have a glass of wine with family. I am hoping somebody
can offer me some advice. Thanks.

- J
