Question about Accutane progress

I have been on several courses myself. With the first few courses, my
skin cleared almost immediately and stayed clear for the duration on
the treatment.

On my 4th course, my skin didn't clear right away. I can't remember
when (at 6 weeks, at 8 weeks), my skin suddenly cleared and I didn't
see another zit for 3 years (but then again, I stayed on low dose
accutane for 2.5 years after my full dose course was over, which
probably was responsible for the long term clearing).

I would imagine many people would clear after a 4-5 weeks, but I don't
think it is at all predictable.
