I think there are a few things out there that can help(other then
time) .. but i couldnt say for sure what they are exactly.

Does oily food contribute to oily skin/acne? - Olive Oil is supposed to be really good for you. But does it cause your facial pores to secrete more oil? How about fat? Do fatty foods (specifically the GOOD kinds of fats) cause facial oil and acne to increase?

Brewer's Yeast - NOT De-Bittered ! - I've been taking Brewer's Yeast for 2 years and it has worked wonders for my acne which i find it's basically due to B5 components. Recently i run out of brewer's yeast brand i used to buy (the laboratory that used to manufactured it simply dissappeared....
