| I know someone in their 40s who has pimples on their forehead. It
looks like rosacea. What can I tell this person to clear this up?
Should she see a doctor? What should she stop eating? What types of
vitamens should see start taking?

If it's really someone else who has this problem and not you, why don't you
find out whether she's doing anything about the situation herself before
jumping in to give advice. There are already enough ignorant people out
there who think they have all the answers, don't become another one. |

Didn't mean to come across that way. Bad day I guess.
As for foods acne sufferers should avoid (and I know this can be tough, but
hey I've pulled it off): any kind of fried food, dairy, starch, and sugar.
It's not the solution but it goes a long way in reducing breakouts, etc. >> Stay informed about: pimples of forehead |
