Hi acne is one of the major problems that are faced by teenagers.It is depressing too1I also sailed in the same boat when i realised the cure. Exercise a must eating right food ,avoid junk food. apply only products from kitchen shelf if you wanna apply any though! keep your skin out of your hands ,dont touch your skin.
