I have been getting whiteheads constantly around my mouth and lips for the
past year.
they come in bunches at a time and go away for a week then return again .

My question is, does the cold outdoor weather make your skin so dry that the
acne is able to come out more?
It seems like my face is constantly redder and breakout prone since I
started working outside at my job for 4 hours out of the 8 a day.I will be
coming inside in March for good as I start a new job inside then.

I changed chapsticks, got off caffeine, changed eating habits, changed
cleansers, moisturizers etc etc. but nothing seems to make it better.

I am really hoping that it is the cold weather that is the major culprit

Thanks for any help and input.
Chris

The outside elements do play a part in the condition of our skin.
However, there seems to be some other factors playing a part. The
lifestyle changes you are making are definitely good, but make sure
that the skin care you are using is exfoliating and anti-bacterial.

Shaving could also play a part. Do you shave up or down? To get a
closer shave, some like to shave up. This can aggrivate skin and cause
more breakouts. To help eliminate this as a problem, try shaving down.

thanks for the info. will look into it more.
I shave down and was wondering if the follicles might be a part of the
aggravation.
Using sensitive skin items like LUMENE milky touch cleanser and LUMENE
sensitive skin blue drops moisturizer for last 2 weeks. They are sold at
CVS.
