Does everybody get an initial breakout using accutane?

Does this happen to everybody on this drug?

I didn't experience the initial breakout when I took it in 1985. In
fact my skin basically stopped breaking out almost right away.

I had another full course in 1993 as well. As with the 1985 course, my
skin cleared up very quickly.

I had a 3rd full course in 1998. This time, I continued to break out
for the first 6 weeks, but no worse then before starting the course. At
the 6 week point, my skin cleared up.

Everyone will experience something different. Even the same person may
experience something different for each course (if that person requires
multiple courses).
