facial skin reaction

Hi,

I am 24 yrs old...in past 2 months I have had a specific sort of
reaction twice on my face...Its like red bumps or blisters or
blemishes on my face..The odd thing about this reaction is that
initially it starts with sort of a sensation on one part of the
face...and then a bump appears..then the same irritating sensation
comes on some other part of the face and another bump appears..and
this keeps on happening for like 10-15 minutes..Then after 20-25
minutes pass by..the sensation stops..and all the bumps die down
magically...and there are no impressions etc left on the face..I cant
even makeout if something happened..

One thing to note is that this has just happened twice till now in 2
months..at an interval of 30 days..Also I have similar kind of rection
on my face when I goto beach and go in sea water..right after I come
out..I have this same kind of reaction and my face gets covered by red
bumps..

Now some questions --

1.)What do I call such a sort of reaction?? I am not sure...I read on
net ..and it discusses a lot ablout acne etc etc...But I dont know if
thats the case with me..

2.)Is it some sort of allergy to some food etc???

3.)Could this happen because of indigestion???

Let me know if someone knows what is this reaction called..
