On face and scalp I have a very oily skin, especially on T zone. I clean the
face regularly, but even if I apply some lotion or cream for oily skin, it
doesen't really help. I avoid touching my face, cause if I do my fingers are
oily (like I held something greassy and forgot to clean them). I think the
extra "oil" has accelerated hair loss too. Acne show up sometimes, but not
many, and not too often. I'm a 25 y.o. male. If anyone knows some general
advice, nutrition suggestions or a simple remedy, I'd be most grateful.

Some people asimilate oil better than others. Me, Im bad, if I eat
anything with fat in it, I get a oily face and scalp. There is nothing
other than change your diet. |
