IIRC vaguely I understand that blackheads form if there's excessive
sebum, the sebum is produced faster than the skin can exfoliate, it's
more than the skin can handle. The blackheads are hardened sebum
clogged in the pores. They're the brownish/greyish color because
that's the color that the air turns them. The red acne forms when
bacteria gets into the blackheads, that's why antibiotics help only
with red acne. Why do only some of the red pimples have white tips?
Why do only some of them itch? Why do only some hurt? Why are they
different sizes?
Anyway it all goes back to the excessive sebum, which happens because
of a hormone imbalance, which is caused by a bad diet or candida or
vitamin b5 deficiency or or or or..
Please will someone correct this and explain better and more in depth?
Thank you,
Ann
