Bumps all over the face, with oily skin and at times dry
patches, are not only for the adolescents with raging
hormones. There are millions of adults who perhaps never
outgrew their problems with acne so that of course tells for
many sad and understandably miserable people.
Any teenager or adult with pimples will attest to being in
the constant search for methods and ways of attaining
effective treatment and prevention of acne breakouts.
But the consoling news is that indeed, there are effective
ways of preventing and treating pimples and from my use of
them and experience with these methods, it is my hope that
you too may find them effective if you currently suffer from
pimples and breakouts.
Considering that I've been in the same boat as many people
who suffer from this image distorting skin disorder, I can
relate to the desire of acne patients to want the methods of
preventing and treating pimples they use to be effective and
with zero-side effect laden options.
Well, such choices are oft-times natural and very low-cost
so suffice it to say choosing them will be the right
choice.
Now, based on my experience and the helpful advice I
received so many years back for controlling my acne
problems, the first step for preventing and treating pimples
is going to have to be to change your diet.
Eliminate all mucus forming and constipating foods including
but not limited to
1. Junk Foods.
2. Processed Foods.
3. Animal Dander
4. Most Grains (whole or not)
and replace these with alkaline, and body healing foods
(known for their healing and nourishing properties) which
include your fruits, leafy and some root vegetables.
This simple (albeit), effective sacrifice will ensure that
you get a radiant skin from the inside out AND this with the
added benefit of improved health and vitality.
Moreover, need I say such a diet change could very well lay
the foundation for healing other ailments that one may be
suffering from at the present time.
In addition to the dietetic suggestion above, I recommend
that you incorporate the steps below into your daily
lifestyle for controlling acne breakouts.
These include:
1. Changing your pillowcases.
2. Applying NOTHING but plain water to the face (cool that
is) for rinsing.
3. Avoiding excessive make-up
4. For males, shaving (mostly downward) in the direction of
the beard's growth.
5. AVOIDING MICROWAVES...trust me, I found out about this the
hard way and you will do well to follow suit.
It's been years now since I've had to deal with bumps and
swellings all over my face and suffice it to say, those days
are not missed. However, I'm glad I went through that phase
in my life because now, I can pass the information on to
someone else who may need it just as much.
You will observe that there are no gimmicks, no excessive
amounts of money to spend and just simple common-sense
techniques for getting clearer skin, which by the way you
already have.
It's perhaps only waiting for you to unleash it.
These tips above will see that you accomplish that
successfully.
