I've been successful at lowering my acne, but I'd like to add another
attack. I don't want to megadose on B5 (can't afford it anyway), but would
taking 500 or 1000mg along with a multi have any effect?

I spend about $25/month on B5, and I take 4 grams a day.

At GNC, I get 100 x 500mg capsules for $9.99.

I think 3-5 grams would be a good dosage. I like Swanson Vitamins. I just
ordered 500 caps at 500mg for 21.14 with shipping. For me i think they work
better. BUt that is a great buy. GNC is okay too. I only get as a last resort
if I forget to order in time.

Yes, tremendously. B5 is known to allow glands to function normally,
and thus produce less sebum.

Do *NOT* use colloidal silver. It cannot treat any condition and you
risk having your skin turn slate grey.
