Try Klear Action or ProActiv first if you haven't already. Accutane wore off for me and had side effects. Those don't. Ok Accutane does work for severe and cystic acne, so you can imagine how good it will be for mild to moderate acne. It's supposed to get worse when you start it and I think for a few weeks before it starts to clear up. I'm still in that getting worse period which I don't like.
