What's the difference between taking Accutane and...

Hi I had a question what is better and is more effective, Accutane or
Amnesteem? Considering that Amnesteem is the generic version, and the only
generic brand avaliable in the United States right? Well the bottom line is
which works better, and is more effective Accutane the brand name or the
