Thanks for the rec Kita! I bought a bottle of Vitex today, but I'm on
some non-acne related antibiotics for the rest of the week, so I won't
be able to try it out until next week.
It's funny you that you mentioned the low carb eating b/c I have been
eating TERRIBLY lately. For the past several weeks I've been on a
pretty constant sugar high with pastries, ice cream sundaes, and
candy. Maybe I'm insulin resistant? I have several aunts who have
diabetes, and my dad was also a diabetic. I started my low-carb, low
sugar diet today, along w/ a food diary. I'll track to see if there's
a relationship between what I eat, or don't eat, and my skin
condition.
Thanks again ;-D
