Just a thought, I suffer with the occassional spots and oily face around nose area, I'm male 31 years of age and get really pissed off getting spots at my age, I use Isotrex to try and keep this under control (Isotrex is good for controlling spots but not reducing oil), my question is do I suffer with acne? is there a difference between acne and spots?
