I think you should calculate from 5gr to 10gr
Start slowly, then try touch your skin and up you dosage until you feel that
the skin is not oilish anymore.
Drink a lot!

The real problem is to find a good B5 brand and to calculate to effectively
take 5 to 10 gr of B5.

Read my last question, I don't know where you are from, but here in italy we
have B5100 B5250 bottles,
and is not pretty clear how to calculate for sure the amount of pure B5
within each pill.

500 mg per cap doesn't necessarily means that inside those 500 mg yuo have
effective 500 mg of B5, because in the pill there are other things, so maybe
somwhere inthe bottle you find a B5 300 and I think that is the net part of
B5.

Anyway calculate the total net grams of the bottle, divide per number of
pills and you get the weight of one pill, if you get 500 mg for eache one
it's kinda hard that 500 mg are pure B5,
so you could search on the label or ask the producer how much B5 you have
per pill.

On the lable of the container is says
each tablet contains: pantothenic Acid....500mg %EC RDA* = 8333%

Does this mean that each tablet does contain 500mg or should i contact the
supplier of the vitamin?

Topical B5 or other Vitamin topicals? - I see some people are using topical B5 instead of (or in conjunction with) oral B5. I'm a little confused about topical B5. Is topical Panthenol (sp?) better than topical B5?
