Ive written this before but probably didnt explain my problem very well so ill
try again .
During the ages of 13-15 i had quite bad acne and when they stopped around 15 i
was left with a lot of scars that i feared would be permanament, so i tried to
peel of my skin .
I tried to peel it by washing it with hot water and then softening my skin
while rubbing it viogourously with my hand and a facial scrub.
Anyway the scars are now hidden because my skin is red and dead around my
cheeks and my face, i look a mess, and i did this just to get rid of a few
scars.

Im really worried and would like to know if a dermatologist would be able to
help me because the doctors do sod all.

help.

Here's the deal. We don't know what can help you. You need to see a
specialist in order to find out what's going on with your skin. I believe I
mentioned before that you need to heal your skin from the inside out. That
means eating for healthy skin. Try taking MSM which has helped others.
Stop eating food that isn't good for you (if you do). Etc. Drink lots of
water. See a professional.

Do you realize that it takes at least 30 days just to replace your
outer layer of skin, and longer for deeper layers? The best thing you
might do is be very gentle with your skin for a couple months and help
it from the inside by taking some of the nutrients that have been
credited with skin repair (vitamin E, C and MSM). Wash with nothing
hotter than tepid water, use minimum soap of any kind and scrub with
nothing more abrasive than your hands. Rinse very well.

You may also get some soothing and healing effects by splashing on a
bit of simulated ocean water (slightly diluted) after bathing.

You can make this by dissolving in a quart (liter) of water, 1 level
tablespoon of salt (sodium chloride) and one level teaspoon of epsom
salt (magnesium sulfate.

I went to the dermotologist today and he put me on protopic cream which is ment
to be for eczema but he says it should clear up my damaged skin and then we
will go from there .

Im a little worried because i havent got eczema or psorisis and this cream is
ment for stuff like that.
