I had to take two pills one day and three pills the next and so on...so I
took the first one with breakfast and the second one when I got home from
work. And on the days of three, I took one at breakies, lunch and, dinner.

I'm not a big pill popper so I didn't take anything with it. I think C and E
are safe in the *recommended* amounts, but as already stated. Do not take
Vitamin A!!

I never heard of this side effect and didn't experience it, so I don't know

I use clinique total turnaround cream. It disappears completely. I just wear
that and lipstick. I do not know what the ingredients are though, it may
conflict. It is anti-wrinkle...

I have never used anything but Carmex my whole life (esp. during Accutane)
and I don't plan on chaninging it now! Never heard of the methol avoidance
thing.
