*My* Acne Cure - Hello all, I have suffered serious acne for about a year now - my face was littered with little spots and so too was my back and part of my chest. I had tried a plethora of creams and ointments to no, long term avail. If I didn't use the creams..

My acne solution that work for me - 1. Avoid stress if possible 2, Use basis face cleaner for sensitive skin 3. Shower (or wash face) in morning and again evening 4. In evening only after wash face, use cetaphil to face. This work for me to fix acne. Dragan

Mine was cured, with 'tane.
But I was curious as to how come every so often a bunch of the posts
will disappear and it will be back down to 20-30 from several hundred.
Who removes them, how, why, etc.
Not to mention that they don't remove the lame smutty ones...

If they are smart they saw an allergist. I tried to tell people
in another thread that food allergies (chocolate, dairy, wheat, corn,
etc.) may be causing their acne. Food allergies can be mild or severe.
Allergic reactions can happen 72 hours after you eat a food. Food
allergies can trigger asthma, psoriasis, eczema, migraines, sleep
disorders, and many other health problems. Doctors have written books
about this. Talk to a doctor that specializes in allergies
(allergist).
