Is there any reason not to have cosmetic surgery (blepharoplasty & chin
implant) while on Accutane? If the two don't mix, how long do you have
to wait after Accutance to have the surgery?

I believe the standard is to wait 6 months after discontinuing
Accutane. Your skin does not heal as easily while on Accutane.
