Whiteheads that are always coming back

Hi there,

Since 1.5 year (maybe more...) I've had this problem: on my right
cheek, I have some (tiny) whiteheads that are ALWAYS coming back. No
matter if I squeeze them or if I don't play with 'em and wait them to
fall, they will ALWAYS come back the next morning, and AT THE SAME
PLACE.

A doctor once prescribed me Dalacin-T (for severe acne, which I don't
think it is because my face is clean, but not that "spot"). The zits
went away as long as I put some Dalacin-T on but as soon as I stop,
they will come back.

What could it be?

After all that time, I'm getting really depressed and I don't know
what will zap them definitely.

I had a similar thing happening on my forehead. When I went to a
dermatologist, he used something akin to a very tiny arc welder, to
electrically cut them open and wipe away the contents. I think this may
also have "destroyed" the underlying gland, because they did not come
back for a long time (6 - 8 months).

A few did come back eventually though, and more recently have flared up
into fully fledged red spots. This may have been due to medication I was
taking.

In any case, if you have a treatment that works, just keep using it!
