My acne solution that work for me - 1. Avoid stress if possible 2, Use basis face cleaner for sensitive skin 3. Shower (or wash face) in morning and again evening 4. In evening only after wash face, use cetaphil to face. This work for me to fix acne. Dragan

I found that topical antibiotic creams worked a bit at first but my face just got used to them and my acne and spots would just break out again, it was'nt until I found this site here that it cleared me up in a decent amount of time!
