Hi,
I've posted a lot lately, asking for advice on how to treat my problem
with excessive oil, clogged pores, and moderate red acne. Now I know
that in addition to all that, I have rosacea. I saw a derm last week
and he said yes that's what the 1 1/2 year old dot on my nose is, a
broken capillary from rosacea. Until that red dot, I'd just
attributed redness on my skin to irritation from the red bump kind of
acne.
So.... now there's an additional problem to worry about. Does anyone
else have all these problems? What's a good cleanser that might help
-- at the very least not make worse -- oily skin and clogged pores,
and at the same time not aggravate the rosacea?
Thank you,

Hi Ann,
I have found that if it works for my acne, then it aggravates my rosacea.
Yippee!! Cetaphil is still good for both, though my skin doesn't like it.
I find that for rosacea, the gentlest cleaner possible is the best. There
are some that will say "calming" lotion, etc, and they seem to do well for
me. I have to stay away from sun screens, as well.
