The general routine would be wash with cleanser, follow up with toner.
Pat face dry with towel, wait a few minutes, apply repair lotion.
You could tweak it (like the Dubrow method) by using the toner first,
allowing it to stay on the face for 10 minutes or more. Then cleanse,
for best results cleanse in the shower, where the pores will be steamed
open. Allow cleanser to sit on face for 10 minutes in shower.
(NOTE: this can be irritating, if so, just rinse off before 10 minutes)..
After shower, ice face.
Ice repair lotion.
Apply lotion.
Ice pack face for ten minutes..
Dry.
