adult acne sufferer

As a kid in the 60s I suffered from acne now in my 50s it is back again. For
two years I tried just about everything with varying degress of temporary
success. A friend got me started on Omega 3 fish oil pills. The short of a
long story is that my skin got healthier and the acne went away and it also
has taken care of other health issues. Best of all wife and I just feel
better. At first my acne actually got worse as you might expect from my skin
oozing all that oil but as my skin began to heal the acne went away. My skin
hasnt been this heathy in 20 years and you wouldnt believe how much better
my wife looks, She goes out now without make up. This stuff is great.
