White Black Heads?

I had this little black area on my face that my surrounding a
blackhead. it was about the size of a pimple and i started picking it
at. after the scab healed, i saw that now i have this little bumb
there (almost inside my skin) and on the outside if u look closely,
its a blackhead surrounded by this almost white color that looks
almost as part of the skin. Can anyone help me out ? Anyone who has
had this or can tell me what to do?

Don't pick at your acne! Seriously, it may leave scars.

Wash with gentle soap (I use Purpose bar).
At night put on Benzoyl Peroxide (I use Neutrogena's vanishing 2.5%).
Use lots of it. On the affected area. If you know you're definitely
not allergic to it, put it on the whole face to prevent future
problems. I had a reaction to Neutrogena's tinted BP (my face was red
for few days).

In the morning, put on a layer of BP again. Very little and rub it in
gently (so that it won't show) on and around the affected area. It may
take few days to see a difference.

See a dermatalogist if your condition gets worse.
