I thank you for your attempt at answering this question, but I have
already looked at the availible literature. This is one case where
the anecdotes about treatment of the condition actually would be of
great use, since there is so little extant information.
Unfortunately, unlike acne there is very little discussion of
treatment modalities. The casual discussion of remedies for acne that
happens on usenet does not have an analog for vellus hair cysts. This
is a case where usenet discussion would be very helpful to people, so
bring on all your info people!
