Starting Accutane today and need advise...IMPORTANT

Hi everyone......I'm going to start taking Accutane today and I"m a little
nervous but excited at the end results that I"m going to get... Does accutane
affect any current tattoos that a person has or not? What about that thinning
hair side effect? Do most people have that or not? I don't want to have any
problems with that.... I already have most things like lip balm, shampoo for
itch (in case my head gets itchy because accutane makes you dry), vaseline or
mineral oil to put a little inside my nose cause I don't want my nose to be too
dry..... Eye drop to stop dryness for the eyes in case that happens......But
what about the dry nose? How often does that happen? Will it bleed because
the inside of your nose is dry? does that happen to most people? Well the
people I need to answer my questions obviously would be people who have taken
accutane before.....are the side effects really as bad as most people say? I
don't have severe acne.....I think it's only mild to moderate........just
persistant that's all. I don't have cystic obviously...... So with all that
what am I going to expect? How long before I see good results........And my
derm said that most people don't even have that thinning hair side
effect.......is that true? And this dry nose thing......I don't want my nose
to bleed cause it's dry inside so what is better to put inside my nose? A
little vaseline or the mineral oil? Any other advise? Thanks for all the
questions, and any other good advise you can give would be greatly
appreciate.........I know I've heard that accutane really does miracles and
gets rid of people's acne that are cystic and severe acne.........And like I
said I don't even have severe or cystic acne........Just mild to
moderate..........persistant too.....nothing severe or cystic...........So just
wondering what else I would need to know.........If you can answer all my
