Returning proactive?

Hi,

Did anyone have problems with proactive give back the money? They won't
answer my emails. I want to geet a refund and they charges my credit card
for another month... wtf?

can i just give the unopened box i just received back to the post man
without paying a fees?

As long as you didn't open it at all, you can write "refused" on the box and
not pay a thing.
