Quick removal of comodones/blackheads and treatment of enl..

I know that finding a treatment for my particular problems will
probably take a long time, and I'm willing to work very hard for as
long as it takes, starting now. But, there is an event that's
important to me in mid July, and I'd like very much for my skin to
look at least decent for this. Maybe this will require wearing
concealer (although having skin that's snow white I've never been able
to find one that matches), and that's alright as long as I can get my
skin to a point where it no longer has excessive oil, so that the
concealer will go on nicely and stay on, and getting rid of the
blackheads which the concealer covers only color-wise (with the
concealer on my skin has a spiney look, because of them). It also
doesn't completely cover the *what looks like pinpoint sized holes, I
can't tell if they're blackheads, enlarged pores or scars*, or the
redness or the definite scars.

What I'm hoping, is that there's something I can do or have done at a
dermatologist that will remove the blackheads and somehow treat the
*whatever the little holes are*, the redness and the scars. By mid
July. Dermabrasion? Laser? Light? Any suggestions????

Here is a very complicated solution that I found purely by accident.
I've been on Accutane for 6-7 weeks, starting with 20 mg and
progressing to 40 mg per day. By week 5, the blackheads and pores on
my nose were starting to look real ugly. Absolutely disgusting. Even
prior to accutane, they were pretty vile. Then I started using
Neutrogena Rapid Clear Oil Control Foaming Cleanser. This alone did
not improve anything. Next, I purchased a tube of Clinique Pore
Minimizing Refining Lotion and Pore Minimizer Instant Perfector. At
night I would wash with the Neutrogena foam and gently squeeze the
nose to rid myself of sebum plugs. A tweezer would be used to dislodge
hard to get at plugs. Everything they tell you not to do, because
without the next two steps, this would normally accentuate the
reappearance of blackheads.

But here is the kicker. I applied the first Clinique product over the
pores. During the day, I would use the 2nd product. Within 2 weeks
there was a noticeable difference in the cleaniness of my pores. Not
only that, but the nose would not bead oil during the day, even in
high humidity. Now I only use Clinique Pore Minimizing Refining Lotion
during the days and evenings, as there is no need to use the Instant
Perfector (which is a type of makeup). The product is miraculous in
keeping blackheads from re-forming.

So there you have it- my solution to blackheads. No peels, salicylic
acid or conventional remedies. Just a combination of accutane, the
right cleaser, and Clinique Pore Minimizing Refining Lotion. I am no
longer embarrassed to stand too close to my main squeeze (a pretty
woman) anymore. Heck, my complexion is starting to look better than
hers.
