I've been on Diane35 for the past 6 months ( I am a woman - disregard the
name that is used on the Newsgroups) - and it really helped clear up my
cyctic acne.
My question is - Now that Im off the pills, what are the chances of the acne
re- appearing.

Also - What methods are out there that can help treat mild scarring from the
acne.

Thanks
John

Hi,

I think it really depends on what is causing your acne in the first place.
If we only treat the symptoms (acne) then yes, it will come back when we
stop whatever treatment we were using.

Scars will eventually heal. I don't have any problem with my scars. It's
the acne pits that annoy the heck out of me. Smile I use MSM cream on my face
to help heal scars. I really couldn't tell you if it works as well as if I
did nothing, but it makes me feel like I'm doing something.
