The food we put into our bodies play a big part on how healthy our
skin is. White flour, sugar, coffee, and soft drinks take away our
energy causes premature aging, and wrinkles. If our blood is not
healthy then we lack that glow and our skin is dry and rough.
Sometimes we think our skin is clean but it really is not. Dirt and
dust can hide in our pours and clog our sweat glands. Many of us are
lacking the proper vitamins. Eating proper foods with those nutrients
are the best thing you could be doing for your body and your skin.
