Mole removal?

I've got these moles on my scalp (and elsewhere on my torso) that I'd
like to have removed. Last time I had the ones on my chest taken off my
a general surgeon.. but if you look here at what I have on my head. .

upside down), should I go to a plastic surgeon to have those off? Also,
will I just end up with scarred patches of no hair if they are removed
from my scalp?

I would look into laser lightening or something. Look for a plastic
surgeon who specializes in lasers, tatoo removal, etc. If you just have
a doctor lance it off, you will have a scar with no hair on it.
