Low dose accutane for oily skin

Hi All! Wondered if any of you have had experience with this. I'm 49 years old
f and have extrememly oily skin and scalp and large filled pores in my T zone
and get blackheads elsewhere occasionally also. I was on Accutane many years
ago....40 mg. which caused hair loss and I stopped using it. Derm wanted me to
try low dose. I hesitated at first but then wanted to try again....I can't take
all the oil. She wanted to me start at 40 mg again for a month and then lower
the dose. I wouldn't do it. So am on 20 mg now which she said she'd lower to 10
mg later on.
