Important Accutane questions, please help. Thanks

Hi I was just wondering how long does the break out period for Accutane last?
You know when you take Accutane how your acne is supposed to get worse before
it starts to clear up completely? How long does that period last for? The
acne getting worse.....I believe it's called the break out period? Does it
last for a few days? 1 week? 2 weeks? What's the average? I know this
probably varies for each person, but if people could tell me how long that
break out period lasts for I would greatly appreciate it. And after the break
out period ends will the acne clear up completely? I just started Accutane
last week and I think I"m having the break out period now......so I need to
know if it will last only for a few days, or a week, or 2 weeks? I guess I"m
just feeling a little impatient though.....I hear the sucess it has on how
people have cleared up completley and I'm REALLY looking forward to that. By
the way I only have mild to moderate acne.......not severe or cystic at all.

Also on a side note, that thinning hair side effect......what's the best thing
to do to take care of that? Any suggestions on anything to try? I'm trying
something right now to prevent that, but does anybody else have any other
suggestions on something else to try?

And one last question, after the 5 month course of Accutane, it's ok to get
tattoos or piercings right after you finish taking Accutane right? I mean say
you finish taking Accutane on week 20. Week 21, since you're not taking
Accutane anymore, you can go and get a new piercing or new tattoo right?

Thanks and if possible could you answer my questions in that order? I'm just a
little impatient with wondering how long does the acne getting worse before it
clears up on Accutane will last. If you could answer all questions
specifically it would be greatly appreciated.

the nightmare breakout period was a little over 4 weeks for me. And it was
BAD! Then slowly,very slowly, it cleared up over the course of 4 months. I
just went to the bathrooom one day at work and saw a stranger in the mirror.
My skin was completely clear! But it did take the entire 6 months.
Afterwards, I don't remember changing anything in my life, except buying a
lot of makeup

About the hair thinning. Don't treat symptoms you don't have...That didn't
happen to me.
