ITCHY PAINFUL FULL-BODY RASH FOR YEARS, NEED HELP!!

I've always had rash issues. When I was younger I would get red
blotches on my arms that would come and go, but as I was leaving school
for good in the 12th grade, my face would be very flakey and would
break out in red blotches on my face which would ooze yellow stuff and
harden. This gradually progressed to re-appearing bloches on my arms
and face. It never got better and in 2003, while my rash was still
localized to certain areas of my body, not NEAR as bad as it is today
in 06' I went to a dermatologist. He said i had neurodermatitis &
prescribed me some VERY expensive topical cream ($100 a bottle in '03).
My rash got better, but we are so poor we couldnt even pay for a full
bottle at once. After I finished the meds and the refill, my rash came
back with a vengance and I went to a regular doctor who couldn't figure
out entirely the total ingredients of the cream he prescribed to me,
she then gave me a topical anti itch med called Triamcinolone
Acetonide. The med did NOTHING for my itch. Flash-forward to 2006, my
rash is now full blown all over my body and sleep is very very hard to
come by, my nerves are totally wrecked and I can't hold down a job
anymore, I break down crying and just want the pain to stop, I'm even
on Paxil and Klonopin due to my nerves. I even itch in my sleep and
wake up with blood all ovr my pillow and sheets, has anyone ever had
anything even remotely similiar to this? Please help, every day I feel
like I just want to die so the pain will end...
