Holes in face due to black heads ? || Another problem ...

Hey ...

Im 18 and I have this serious acne problem. I use Purbac DS Tab which
works well for me most of the time. Sometimes I get these large
swollen bumps in curtain areas of my face. Like one I had a week ago
was on my chin. It was about 20cm in radius. I get these often. Its
some sort of acne problem. How do I prevent this from happening.

Another thing. I have these tiny holes in my face which I think are
due to black heads. How do I prevent black heads from appearing, thus
fixing the holes problem.

Other than taking Purbac DS Tab, I wash my face twice daily with
Clearasil Gentle face wash. I've had this acne problem for the past 6
years.

Any help would be great.
