Hi,
I have been researching about scars too but my problem is more on acne
scars. I don't know if 6 weeks is enough to get your skin back to
normal, it probably is. From what I've read, Mederma and StriVectin-SD
will make scars appear softer but since your skin is already smooth
maybe the acid will help with hyperpigmentation. I've also heard that
Copper Peptide developed by Dr. Pickart can help with scars along with
a few acids. But I'd suggest you read about them first. Dr. Pickart's
website is at
www.skinbio.com. But I'd suggest you pay a visit to
http://www.dianayvonne.com since you'd probably get more info there and
the skincare forum since the people are helpful.
