Hello Folks!
As you might know, I took B5 for about a year or so. It worked good on
my acne, but I discovered that I was losing too much hair. At this
point, there are few visible spots on the top of my crown, and that is
concerning me a lot. I feel like I am going to be bald by the time I
am 19
Anyways, I started taking Biotin...300mcg x 9 which is 2.7 mg. The
following changes have been observed:
1) Hair loss has increased, more hair is falling out (anyone knows
why?)
2) Hair looks thicker though, has more life
3) I feel that I have more energy, and my mood seems to be better as
well.
Thoughts? Feedback?
I am starting my 3rd week next week on Biotin btw.
