I have no idea if this will work for you or not, but it is working great
with me. I believe that the best way to treat acne if from the inside out.
This cure uses herbs, not anti-biotics. I take the following:
Burdock Root capsules (425mg each) 3 times per day, with meals
Evening Primrose Oil capsules (500mg each) 3 times per day, with meals
Dandelion Root capsules (520mg each) 2 times per day, with meals
I have been doing this for 6 weeks now and not only have I remained
completely clear, my skin tone and texture has improved so much, the red
marks and scars are hardly noticeable now, and the ones I do have are fading
fast. I can't believe the results I'm having actually. 6 week ago, I had
mild acne and lots of red marks, but now it looks like I have never even had
acne in my life.
The only topical I use is an oil-free wash containing triclosan. What I do
is wet face morning and night with warm water. I then rub in the oil-free
cleanser for 1 minute and then leave it on the skin for 2 minutes to allow
the triclosan to kill the bacteria good and proper. I then rinse away and
pat dry with paper towels. |

Does Burdock root works so great?
I've mild acne e I've tried a lot of products...and now I wanna try this new
herbal cure.
I think I'll try an italian products line called Akneil

I'm not sure if its the Burdock root by itself, or the other herbs or a mix
of them which has worked so great.
It may work for you, it may not, but hell give it a go because you have
nothing to loose. For me, the results
have been fantastic. It's like taking a drug that was desigined cure acne
(whilst you take it), without any

I've tried a lot of supplement with burdock root, capsules, teas, for 1
month (1000mgxdie).
No improvements for me.

It may not work for you, but that does not mean
to say it will not work for him. Many many

Sure, in fact i said FOR ME.
What works for one, could not work for the other and what doesn't work for
one could work for the other... Antibiotics, herbs, diets...
For example in my acne case diet is not important at all! While I have
success with antibiotics (that in some ppl don't have effects).
So this means that doesn't exist a cure for acne, but different cures for
different cases of acne....
