Some people claim it is just a myth to avoid certain foods when
effectively treating acne. However, this is false. There are certain
foods that must be avoided.

Now, many dermatologist and doctors don't see the connection between
one's diet, constipation, a toxic colon and the acne that you are
suffering from, or perhaps they do but to keep your business will
rather not tell you, who knows?

Is it any wonder why some state that the drugs should be used for long
lengths of time? Is it any wonder that at the end of commercials or a
very discreet part of the label is where one can find the disclaimer
about drugs? Medicine can give you temporary relief, it they work at
all, but as you use them they can also give you some unpleasant side
effects.

>From my experience, diet has everything to do with acne.

Not only did I fix my own bad skin through correct eating, but I was
able to overcome my asthma, lethargy and bad breath problems.

Remember, you are what you eat!

Foods to Stop Eating For Acne Control:

Friends anything worth having is worth striving for. It may seem hard
or not logical at first giving up these foods, but trust me your body
will be glad you did.

* White Bread -
* Chocolate -
* Fried Fatty foods
* Foods in packages -
* Foods with artificial flavors and preservatives -
* Milk, ice cream, hard chesses -
* Sodas
* Sugar
* Iodized Salt

It is safe to say any mucus forming food should be avoided, however,
JUNK foods especially are a no, no, when it comes to acne control.
They are all devoid of nutrients, wreak havoc on the liver, colon and
digestive tracts and cause chronic constipation, arguably the number
one cause of acne.

Do Keep in mind that if you smoke, drink alcohol or drink coffee, then
this program will not work too well for you. You've got to give these
substances up as well.

Try this advice along with other natural treatment options of
controlling acne and see where you are in a few weeks.

Here's to clearer skin naturally,

Foras.
