If you take more than 3 grams per day of B5, have you noticed weight loss?

Hypolipidemic effect of pantothenic acid derivatives in mice with
hypothalamic obesity induced by aurothioglucose. Exp Toxicol Pathol. 2001

yes, whenever I was on 10grams of B5 I lost weight. (a good thing for me!)

I take 4 grams a day and I've been losing weight. But I've also been weight
training, so I didn't think it was from the B5 Smile
